Mobilizing Men and Boys:
Providing Direct Connection and Support for Practitioners
NAMEN supports efforts to mobilize men and boys undertaking a range of gender equality initiatives. We have initiated a Community of Practice to facilitate an active learning community and to share resources within regional networks in the US and Canada.
Activities we are developing together include:
- Web Conferences for members to find support and exchange information
- a shared online resource directory and repository
- a webinar series
- gatherings and meetings at future conferences
We have initiated regular, bi-monthly, web conferences to support a general Community of Practice. These are scheduled normally for the Third Thursday every other month. Watch for registration announcements in our events and news listings.
