Promoting Gender Equality within the Responsible Fatherhood Movement.
Join NAMEN Interim Executive Director and international fatherhood advocate / trainer Coach Stevan Lynn as he leads the conversation, combining the prolific Gender Equality & Responsible Fatherhood campaigns with special guest Emiliano Diaz de Leon, with Texas Association Against Sexual Assault. In this riveting session the two will identify inherent synergies between the Global Gender Equality Campaign and Responsible Fatherhood Movement seeking to engage men and boys, highlighting best practice techniques and successful outreach strategies from around the world.

Emiliano Diaz de Leon, Men’s Engagement Specialist, Texas Association Against Sexual Assault (TAASA) After more than a decade of experience working for several domestic and sexual violence centers across Texas, Emiliano joined the Texas Association Against Sexual Assault in 2008 and provides training and technical assistance on the prevention of domestic/sexual violence to organizations and institutions around the state and country. In addition, Emiliano founded and coordinates the state-wide prevention initiative Texas Men S.P.E.A.K. (Supporting Prevention Education Advocacy & Knowledge). |

Stevan (Coach) Lynn Stevan "Coach" Lynn, has joined NAMEN in the capacity of Interim Executive Director, to focus on development and programs. Stevan Lynn (also known as “Coach”) is a dedicated father of three amazing children, retired American Football Coach, Award winning television producer & International responsible fatherhood advocate. From humble beginnings, as a community organizer in the infamous Cabrini Green Housing Projects of Chicago, Coach Lynn has spent the better part of 25+ years encouraging fathers to embrace the challenges that come with the never-ending duties associated with being a responsible father. Through multiple innovative training mediums such as the award winning television program Dare 2 dream, A Fathers Guide to Success as well as creating the Fatherhood Training Center located in the heart of New York City to establishing the Fatherhood Emergency Response Series & Caribbean Fatherhood Network. Coach Lynn has successfully changed the priorities and practices of countless fathers & father figures around the world with the team motto rooted in the fact; Fatherhood is Deeds not Words! Managing several affiliate fatherhood programs across the Caribbean, Deeds Driven Dads has established itself as the premier responsible fatherhood training & advocacy firm, providing direction in the development, implementation, facilitation and promotion of comprehensive initiatives including its signature young male mentorship training; The Future Fathers Club. |
