The North American MenEngage Network (NAMEN) is honored to invite you to our Annual Member General Assembly—a shared space of reflection, feedback, and collaboration as we chart our direction together for 2026.
Across the country and the globe, efforts to advance gender equity and prevent men’s violence continue to face organized backlash. At the same time, our communities continue to innovate and strengthen approaches rooted in healthy masculinities, justice, and care. This Assembly is an opportunity to come together as members of NAMEN to:

Connect with peers and colleagues from across the region and beyond.

Share insights from your local and national contexts.

Inform NAMEN’s direction and priorities for the year ahead.

Advocate collectively for gender equity and healthier norms of masculinity.

Build community as part of a broader movement aligned with the Global MenEngage community.

What to Expect
This year’s Assembly will be both reflective and forward-looking. Together, we will:

Revisit and assess our 2025 focus—how we’ve responded to backlash and advanced gender equity.

Engage in facilitated whole-group dialogue, surfacing membership reflections and priorities that will inform NAMEN’s 2026 strategies.

Explore opportunities for deeper involvement in NAMEN’s programs, committees, and leadership.

Learn about pathways for collaboration with the Global MenEngage community, strengthening the links between local, national, and international advocacy.

Strengthen our collective advocacy voice by sharing perspectives, affirming values, and identifying where unity and solidarity can amplify impact.
The session will balance structured updates with space for open conversation, recognizing the knowledge, wisdom, and lived experience within our membership.
