Amplifying Youth Voice: Arts, Social Justice, and Community Building

This workshop offers hands-on creative activities focused on amplifying youth voice, community building and social justice. 

The Performance Project will share excepts from First Generation ensemble performances.  First Generation is the Performance Project’s multi-lingual social justice youth ensemble based in Western Massachusetts, USA.  First Generation brings together young adults ages 15-22 for intensive artistic and leadership training, and inter-generational mentoring. Forming an ensemble, members create original multi-lingual physical theater performances based on their life experiences with a focus on social justice.
